Christmas Countdown Project 20 - A Winter wreath

This winter white wreath is for an internal door or decoration, as it is made from cardboard. Keep away from flames.
You will need;
A twig wreath or similar for the base
Thick white card with a slight sheen (from Ryman)
Tim Holtz Tattered leaves die
Cuttlebug or similar die cutting machine
Wire and beads
Ribbon to hang it up
Hot glue gun

1. Die cut your leaves from the thick white card. I used about six sheets of A4 and got about 5 leaves per sheet.
Don't forget to save some of the waste as a stencil for other projects!
2. Arrange the leaves around the wreath to check if you have enough, then begin gluing in place with the hot glue gun.
3. Leave a gap at the top of the wreath to tie a ribbon for hanging it.
4. Glue some white buttons here and there to fill any gaps.
5. When the wreath is completely covered in leaves, thread some beads on a wire and wind it around the wreath for extra sparkle.
The wreath is now complete. This would look great over a fireplace with a white or silver themed mantle.
You could spritz it with an iridescent Maya Mist or fake snow spray.
Join me tomorrow for another crafting project, as we approach the end of the Christmas Countdown, 25 projects in 25 days. TFLx
