Christmas Countdown Project 22 - Decorated tins and some content ideas!

There are many uses for these decorated tins. I have used one as a gardeners seed tin,
filled with packets of seeds and plant labels. Another I have filled with recipe cards.
I left the recipe cards blank, but you could put some family recipes in it and give them to someone who is just setting up home.
These tins were in a set of 3 from IKEA, but any tins would do.
I covered them with Cosmo Cricket garden variety, using double sided tape and glossy accents glue to stick it in place. They were decorated with various trims stuck on with silicone glue and a punched tag added with the Cropadile big bite.
The recipe cards were made from Kraft card stock passed through the Cuttlebug using a Tim Holtz texture fades embossing folder "Frame and Postage" set. The coloured tabs were cut using the Tim Holtz Tiny Tabs and tags die and glued in place using glossy accents. The title was stamped with a tiny alphabet stamp set.
Not yet decided what to put in the smallest tin, but it could be a cookie cutter and a shortbread recipe, with some decorations.
Join me tomorrow for another crafting project. TFLx
